Install Plumbing and Roofing is a family-run plumbing business based in Forestville, New South Wales that services the greater Sydney area for construction and renovation, plumbing, metal roofing and wall cladding as well as stormwater, gas, and gas boosted heating. The business is run by Peter Young and his son, Jordan Young and services a range of clients from residential to commercial.
Manual processes were a block in the drain for Install Plumbing
Install Plumbing and roofing found that their manual job management processes were causing delays and impacting their business’s ability to grow. Peter explains, that because everything was on paper it was difficult to keep on top of job quotes, jobs won and lost, profit and loss statements and project management. There was a lot of double handling going on between Peter and Jordan which was not only causing delays to workflows, but it was also causing mistakes and document mismanagement to clients.
