we created tradiepad out of necessity

TradiePad was conceived by two plumbers who were working long hours, drowning in admin and paperwork and weren’t even sure whether they were making money on the job or not. 

They started looking for a way to make life better, simplify and streamline the way they worked and get more stuff done in the field during billable hours, rather than late at night when they just wanted to spend time with their family.

 

The idea was “There has to be a better way” and when the first iPad was released they saw an opportunity to shake up the industry and the way that all tradies worked.

Clinton Cowin

MANAGING DIRECTOR/OPERATIONS MANAGER
Clinton is our founder and visionary. A plumber by trade, nerd by nature he is driven by a passion to help the construction and field services industries evolve. Having worked in the industry for many years he has experienced and can relate to the struggles trade business owners face.

Scott Simpson

General Manager
Scott is a Kiwi ex-pat who we've claimed as our own. He is a driving force behind our vision for change in the industry and is passionate about helping tradies adopt technology to transform their business processes. As General Manager at TradiePad he is responsible for “driving the bus” and keeping us all in line.

Anton Sam CPA

Finance Manager
Anton is a qualified member of CPA Australia and he holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He keeps our finances under control and drives organisational planning. Xero advisor certified, Anton has vast experience working within the SME space in Technology Education, Electrical Services, Infrastructure, Plumbing & Gas, Complex Hydraulics, Civil Engineering and Property.

Alex Headley-Magee

Sales Administrator
Alex is our sales superstar based in QLD. She has extensive experience working with tradies and developers which has given her first hand insight into industry workflows and project management. She believes honesty is always the best policy and helps establish realistic goals with our clients from the very first phone call.

Natasha Birch

Marketing MANAGER
Natasha is a Marketing and Advertising professional with over 12 years experience in Digital, Traditional and Event Marketing. Her mission is to spread the word of TradiePad and reach more tradies in need of our help. When not working she loves to travel, especially camping and 4WDriving.

Yasmin Gimellaro

PROJECT + MARKETING COORDINATOR
Yasmin takes care of TradiePad's project bookings, social media, blog, newsletter and website. She is the best person to contact for press and event enquiries and loves coming up with crazy marketing ideas.

Ray Cauchi

SOFTWARE TRAINER/BUSINESS ASSESSMENT SPECIALIST
Ray has over 20 years of experience in software and system training, design, and development. He has previously taught TAFE students and created compliance software for the university sector. As a software trainer, he has helped hundreds of businesses across Australia adopt technology and cloud software to run their business more efficiently.

Ian Cox

SOFTWARE TRAINER/BUSINESS ASSESSMENT SPECIALIST
Ian has come from an engineering background before moving into civil / construction space and software development. Ian is the king of workflow assessment and business process, give him a problem and he'll find you the best possible solution.

Trish Glover

SOFTWARE TRAINER/IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST
Trish is our New Zealand based trainer who has years of experience analysing, enhancing and implementing systems to tradie businesses which result in effective and sustainable business processes.

Mark Richards

SOFTWARE TRAINER/IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST
Mark is our Queensland based simPRO expert who has worked in the software space for 15+ years. He is passionate about finding solutions for tradies that maximise the efficiency in their business.

Matthew McBride

SOFTWARE TRAINER/IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST
Matthew is a a SaaS and Trade Industry professional. Having spent 12 years working at Simpro Software he has extensive trade industry and software knowledge which he uses to drive client success through learning and development.

Roger Coker

SOFTWARE TRAINER/CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER
Roger is the man to talk to when you're ready to throw your device out the window. One of the most patient and knowledge-hungry guys we know, he's got your back when you need some "Cloudside Assistance".

Juny Arnoza

ADMIN ASSISTANT
Juny has been part of the team for years, helping us with day to day management of the engine room and keeping all of our info up to date. He's constantly exploring ways we can make the TradiePad machine run more efficiently.
