One of the most satisfying aspects of my job is witnessing the success a company can achieve after implementing cloud software.
In 2016 I was introduced to Julia Levitt and Fiona Ericsson of Sticks & Stones Landscape Design who were searching for project management software to suit their business.
After successfully implementing Xero into their business with help from Carbon Group, they were now searching for a better way to manage their projects with software which would seamlessly integrate with their accounting package. Sophie Andrews recommended they chat to me at TradiePad, a cloud software implementation and training company for tradies.
Our ethos at TradiePad is to ensure we match the perfect software solution to each company that will suit their unique needs. After a scoping session with Julia and Fiona, I could see that WorkflowMAX was a match made in heaven for the team at Sticks & Stones.
Sticks and Stones Landscape Design have quite unique needs. Dealing with multiple builders, contractors and architects each day, they find their time split between the office and various job site locations across Sydney. With projects that can run up to three years in length from start to finish, tracking the hours and costs on each job as they move through the design and construction stages was paramount to the success of their company.
This was one of the many reasons why I knew WorkflowMAX was the perfect solution for them. It is such a customisable piece of software which allowed me to tweak its features to suit the workflows of this company. Soon they were up and running with custom-made templates, quoting, invoicing and reporting capabilities and real-time project management and scheduling.
“We couldn’t recommend the use of an implementation partner more. Getting sorted on WorkflowMax couldn’t have been easier thanks to Clinton. Despite our unique needs, Clinton spent the time to understand our business and adapted WorkflowMax’s features to best suit us.”
WorkflowMAX has been the perfect project management tool for Julia and Fiona. It has increased the visibility across their jobs allowing them to review and refine their processes, gauge success and estimate time and costs with increased accuracy for future quotes.
It has been amazing to watch on as Sticks & Stones Landscape Design go from strength to strength. Their work has been featured on the pages of House Magazine and they have won multiple landscaping awards.
But the most rewarding part to me is knowing that through implementing WorkflowMAX they now have access to amazing business data which will help them scale and make the right decisions to remain steadily on the upward trajectory of success and profitability.
